• Customized or personalized products cannot be refunded.

• Products that have been used, altered, or washed will not qualify for a refund.

• Clearance or sale items are non-refundable.

• Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
