Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   Customized items, accessories, and intimate wear cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return Process
   • Email us at with your order details and reason for return.
   • Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label.
4. Return Shipping Costs
   • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we cover the shipping costs.
   • For other returns, customers bear the return shipping fees.
5. Refund Process for Returns
    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you must have a video proof while opening the package and item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
